I’m Adrienne, a senior hairstylist with over 20 years of experience providing personalized, high-quality hair services throughout the DMV area. I began my professional training at the Graham Webb Academy of Hair in Washington, DC, and have continued to refine my craft through advanced education and certifications with Wella, Bumble and bumble, Aveda, and Vidal Sassoon. Remaining current with trends and techniques is important to me, ensuring my clients receive thoughtful consultations, the look they desire, and recommendations tailored to their individual style and lifestyle. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I truly value your time and appreciate you choosing me for your services. As a small, appointment-based business, I reserve each time slot specifically for you. Appointment confirmations are sent out 5 days in advance. I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made within 24 hours of receiving your first confirmation message. - Within 24 hours of first confirmation (5+ days before appointment): No charge - 48 hours or less before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service - Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service Late changes make it difficult to fill your reserved appointment time. This policy helps protect my availability and ensures I can continue providing the best service to all clients. Multiple (2 or more) last minute cancellations, which is anything 48 hours or less up to the appointment day and time, will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
