Cancellation Policy ~ Kindly cancel your appointment upon receiving your confirmation text or email before the scheduled service. Confirmations are sent 5 days prior to appointments. Last minute cancellations are cancellations 48 hours or less to the appointment date and time and incur a 50% fee of services scheduled at service providers discretion. Multiple (2 or more) last minute cancellations, which is anything 48 hours or less up to the appointment day and time, will require in a 50% non-refundable deposit in the future.
